Place cross bar

into the notch at the top of the top post

and
align the center hole with the 2 holes at the top of the notch.
2. Place cap

on top of cross bar

and upper post

and align the
holes with the same holes from step 1.
3. Place long eye bolt

through post cap
E
, upper post
G
, and
center hole of cross bar

. Secure in place by threading nut

on
the exposed end. Tighten by placing screw driver shaft through the
open end of long eye bolt

and adjustable wrench on nut

.

Insert each of the short eyebolts

into the remaining holes in the
cross bar

. Tighten by placing screw driver shaft through the open
end of long eye bolt

and adjustable wrench on nut
C
.
2. Place the cross bar caps

on to each end of cross bar
