CYLINDER HEAD ASSEMBLY

Blow out the oil passages in the cylinder head with
compressed air.

Apply engine oil to the fitting area of new stem
seals.
Install the spring seats and the stem seals.

Lubricate the valve stem sliding surface with molyb-
denum oil solution.
Insert the valve into the guide while turning it
slowly to avoid damaging to the stem seal.

Install the valve spring with the tightly wound coils
facing the combustion chamber.

Install the spring retainer.
