The hook is provided below the handlebar.

Do not attach large luggage to the hook
that would hang out from the vehicle and/or
interfere with the movement of your feet.
Glove Box
The glove boxes are provided below the
handlebar.
The maximum allowable load on the hook
and in the glove boxes shall be no more than
1.5 kg (3.3 lb) .
