The hook is provided below the handlebar.

Do not attach large luggage to the hook
that would hang out from the vehicle and/or
interfere with the movement of your feet.
Accessory socket box/Inner Rack
The accessory socket box and inner rack are
provided below the handlebar.
The maximum allowable load on the hook, in
the accessory socket box and in the inner
rack shall be no more than 1.5 kg (3.3 lb) .
