Meeting: If you are approaching another
vessel head-on and are close enough to risk
collision, neither of you has the right-of-way.
Both of you should change course to avoid a
collision. Keep the other vessel to your left
(port) side. This rule does not apply if you
will be clear of one another if you continue
on your set course and spee
