10.  Align the left hinge arm to the lower left windscreen 

bracket so that the holes in both components line up.

11.  Insert a 6 x 30 mm bolt through the hole in the hinge 

arm and pass it through the hole in the mounting 
bracket. 

12.  Install a 6 mm lock-nut to the end of the bolt and 

hand tighten the bolt. The hinge arm must rotate 
freely on the bracket.

13.  Insert a 1/4 inch lock-nut into the recessed area 

on  the  inside  of  the  female  clamp.  Hold  the  clamp 
in place on the A-pillar, adjacent to the previously 
installed hinge arm.

14.  Slide the male clamp into place over the female 

clamp as shown.

15.  Insert a 6 x 20 mm bolt through the holes in the 

clamps and install a 6 mm lock-nut as shown.

16.  Place a large washer on the end of the knob and 

pass it through the hinge arm.

17.  Place a second large washer on the knob between 

the hinge arm and the clamp.

18.  Thread the knob stud into the nut in the clamp and 

then hand tighten it, plus one full turn. Do not over-
tighten the stud.

19.  Repeat Steps 13 through 18 for the clamp and hinge 

arm on the right side of the windscreen.

20.  To adjust windscreen position, open the arms on the 

cam locks and loosen the clamp screws. Slide the 
windscreen up or down the A-pillars and retighten all 
hardware once the desired position is achieved.
