Instructions

1.

Take out the bread barrel from inside
the Homegear Premium Bread Maker
and align the half round hole of the
stirring rod with the revolving axle and
push it down into place.

2.

Add the required ingredients
into the bread barrel. Always
ensure the yeast powder is
added last. Don’t mix the
yeast powder with the water,
sugar and salt otherwise the
activation of the yeast will
not work properly

3.

Place the bread barrel which
is now holding the
ingredients back into the
bread maker and twist it to the right to lock it into place.

4.

Plug the Homegear Premium Bread Maker into an electric outlet. Once plugged in a buzzer will
sound and the indicator displays will light up.

5.

Press "menu" to select the desired program

6.

If you have selected program 1-9, press loaf to choose the size of your bread

7.

If you have selected program 1-10, press colour to determine the colour of your crust

8.

This step can be used to set your finishing time by pressing the “+” and “-“.  For example if you
wish to set the bread to be ready at 6am tomorrow and it is now 10pm you would adjust the
timer to 8.00 hours. This includes the cooking time. Press "Start/Stop will start the countdown

9.

After the starting the Homegear Premium Bread Maker the unit begins to stir flour. To avoid the
splashing of flour the program is set for auto stirring for the first 7 minutes. After this it switches
to continuous stirring.
