Instructions for usage 

Mixer 

1.

 

Add the required ingredients to the bowl and open the upper main body using the head –lift 
leaver (see fig 1 and 2). 

 

2.

 

Place the mixing bowl on the base and turn it in an anticlockwise direction until it is fixed into 
position (see fig 3). 

3.

 

If you wish to attach the splashguard push it onto the underside of the mixer head and turn anti-
clockwise to lock into position (see fig 4). Please note you do not need to remove the 
splashguard to change tools. 

 

 

4.

 

Fix the dough blade, egg whisk or mixer blade on the blade connector and rotate the blade 
connector clockwise until engages firmly. 

 

5.

 

Turn the lifting handle in the direction of the arrow on the machine and press the housing cover 
downwards with one hand (see fig 6 and 7). 

6.

 

Insert the power plug in the power socket and turn the speed control dial to the “P” setting for 
the pulse option or set the speed control dial to the desired position, 1-6 for longer use. 

7.

 

When finished turn the speed control dial to “0” setting. Lift up the upper main body turning the 
head lift leaver clockwise and remove the mixing bowl by
