Cashback only applies to the following products, which must be purchased on or between
Tuesday 1 March 2011 and Tuesday 31 May 2011: Total Cover Shiatsu Massaging Cushion Model: SBM-700H; Shiatsu Max
Massaging Cushion Model: SBM-1000H, Shiatsu Massaging Office Chair Model: OCTS-2ooH.

Promotion is available to all Australian residents except directors, management and employees (and the immediate families
of directors, management and employees) of the Promoter and agencies or companies associated with this competition.

Purchase a participating HoMedics Shiatsu Massage product during the promotional period of Tuesday 1 March 2011 and
Tuesday 31 May 2011 and you are entitled to a $

Cashback. Promotion is only valid whilst stocks last and will conclude
earlier if stocks run out. Promotion is not applicable to any other HoMedics products.

The cash back is via redemption and will be available to the consumer after purchase with the return of the form. Please
allow 4 weeks from the end of the promotional period for delivery of the Cashback. Cashback will be provided as a cheque.
Redemption forms must be received by HoMedics Australia by last mail on Friday 17 June 2011, along with proof of purchase.
Redemption forms received after this date will not be valid. Incomplete or illegible redemption forms will also be deemed
invalid.
5.
Proof of purchase (copy of invoice receipt) must be attached to the redemption form for validation purposes. Proof of
purchase must indicate that the goods were purchased and paid for in full during the promotional period. Manual dockets
will not be accepted.

HoMedics Australia accepts no liability for lost or misdirected mail. HoMedics Australia will receive redemption forms

Promotional offer does not apply to trade seconds and display models and cannot be used in conjunction with any other
HoMedics offers or discounts.

The Cash Back promotion may only be redeemed where the purchase is for private/domestic/household use and does
not apply to commercial or project sales.

The Cash Back will only be delivered to addresses located within Australia. The redemption form is available from the
retail stores stocking the participating HoMedics products and participating in the promotion or can be downloaded from
www.homedics.com.au.

All entries will be the property of the Promoter. The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the
purpose of conducting this competition. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and
agents to assist in conducting this competition. By entering the competition entrants are consenting to the Promoter using
this information for future promotion and marketing purposes regarding the Promoter’s products, including contacting the
entrant via SMS. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988. Entrants can request
