SET UP

   DOWNLOADING THE APP

 

Ensure your mobile device is running iOS 7.0 or above, or 
Android 4.0 or above.

 

Search the iTunes App Store or Google Play store for 
“Smart Doorbell.”

 

Download the free app.

ACTIVATING THE SMART DOORBELL

 

Plug the chime (B) into an electrical outlet using the 
included AC adaptor (C).

 

The LED light on top of the chime will blink blue, then will 
remain blue, indicating that the chime has detected WiFi 
and is ready to be set.

PREPARING YOUR MOBILE DEVICE

 

Under the WiFi settings on your mobile device, select 
“Smartdoorbell_SET” from the available networks.

ADDING THE SMART DOORBELL TO THE APP

 

On your mobile device, open the Smart Doorbell app.

 

Touch the “plus” icon on the screen to add a device.  
The Smart Doorbell will automatically appear with Name, 
UID, and Password.

 

If desired, delete the generic name listed and type in the 
name of your choice. UID and password will stay the same.

 

Touch “Configure.”

CONNECTING THE SMART DOORBELL TO WIFI

 

Touch the arrow next to “Choose WiFi Network” and select 
your WiFi network from the list.

 

Type in your WiFi password and touch “Confirm.”

 

The LED light on the chime will blink green for 
approximately 30 seconds, then will remain green, 
indicating that it is connected to the WiFi.

 

Your chime is now ready to be installed.
