Location requirements

It is recommended that you do not install the refrigerator near an oven, radiator, or other heat 

source.
Do not install in a location where the temperature will fall below 55°F (13°C). For best performance, 

do not install the refrigerator behind a cabinet door. 

Warnings related to Explosion Hazard

Keep flammable materials and vapors, such as gasoline away from refrigerator. Failure to do so can 

result in death, explosion, or fire.
Do not store explosive substances such as aerosol cans with a flammable propellant in this 

appliance. Do not use any electrical appliance inside the refrigerator, unless they are of the type 

recommended by the manufacturer.

Note:

•  When there is suspected gas leak, do not plug or unplug from the 

power outlet. Doing so may cause spark and start a fire or trigger an 

explosion.

•  Don’t splash water on the rear of the appliance. It may cause 

malfunction or electric shock.

• 

Do not place bottled beverage in the freezer. It might break.

•  Do not place any object on the top of appliance which is magnetic, 

heavy, or filled with water. Electronic components may not work 

steadily if water gets inside.
