Attaching the seat panel

Place the armrests (B) and (C) together with the seat panel (A) upside down on a flat, smooth surface.
Attach the rear part of the seat panel (A) to the rear legs of the armrests (B) and (C) with washers (EE) and bolts (BB)
using hex wrench (DD). (Fig. 3.1)
