Hanging the fixture on the ceiling

Making the electrical connection
Install the ceiling mounting bracket (A) on the outlet box by
using the washer and the mounting screws provided with the
outlet box.
Put the hanger ball (J) through the open side of the ceiling
mounting bracket (A), and then insert the hanger ball (J) to the
slot cut off in the ceiling mounting bracket (A).
The fan comes with 36 in. lead wires for use with an extended
ball/downrod assembly. If using the 6 in. ball/downrod
assembly (B) provided, you can cut the lead wires to your
desired length (no shorter than 12 in.). This will make extra
room in the canopy (C). If you do not wish to cut the wires, you
will need to neatly wrap them.
Connect the fan motor blue wires to the receiver (M) blue using
a wire nut (JJ), the fan motor white wires to the receiver (M)
white wire using a wire nut (JJ), and the fan motor black wires
to the receiver (M) black wire using a wire nut (JJ).
Connect the receiver (M) white wires to the filter (O) white wire
using a wire nut (JJ), and the receiver (M) black wires
to the filter (O) black wire using a wire nut (JJ).
Connect
the filter (O) white wires to the outlet box white wire using a
wire nut (JJ), and the filter (O) black wires to the outlet box
black wire using a wire nut (JJ).
Connect the filter (O) ground
wire to the outlet box ground wire using a wire nut (JJ).
Connect two fan motor ground wires to the outlet box ground
wires using a wire nut (JJ).
Secure each wire connecting nut using electrical tape.
Turn the wire nuts (JJ) upward and push the wiring into the
outlet box.
