Pipe (#13) and onto the Wire Housing (#5).
Thread the Cover Finial (#14) onto the Threaded
Pipe (#13) to secure the Top Cover (#12)

Unravel and extend the Fixture Ground Wire
(#15) of the Wire Housing (#5)

Attach Pole (#18) to the Base (#16) using the
provided Pole Screws (#17). Thread Pole (#2)
onto Pole (#18). Thread Pole (#1) onto Pole (#2)
