Number Problems Solutions
1 The machine
keeps moving
backwards - Do not use the machine in high light intensity
environments
- Do not use it on a deep black carpet
- Check the sensors on the bottom and clean them
2 The machine
doesn’t work
- Check the switch button on the bottom of the robot
- Check the battery and charge the machine
3 The machine
cannot go back to
the charging
station - Check the LED light on the charging station
- Check if there are obstacles between the machine and
charging station
- When the machine is out of power, please charge the
machine directly
4 The machine
stops working
after a few
minutes - Check if the robot is in the spot cleaning mode or not. The
robot will stop after the spot cleaning, if the robot status is
in the selection mode before the spot cleaning mode.
5 The machine can
not be charged - Check the adapter and make sure its original and power
connected
- If the machine has been damaged, please stop using and
contact after sales
6 Remote control
cannot be used - Check the battery in remote control
- Switch the robot mode from the standby to the selection
mode by pressing button on robot or on the remote
control.
