Assembling the Solar Stake Light and Securing to Ground

Replacing the Battery

ASSEMBLY

This item is supplied with a Ni-MH AA Rechargeable Battery that will last for
approximately one year under normal working conditions. After extended
use the battery will need to be replaced. If so:

Step 1. 

Push the AUTO/OFF button to "OFF."

Step 2. 

Use a Philips head screwdriver (not included) to remove the 3

screws holding the Battery Cover in place.
Set the 3 screws to the side.

Note: 

Do not remove any of the connecting wires.

Step 3. 

Remove the old Battery and replace it with a new 1.2V Ni-MH AA

Rechargeable Battery.

Step 4.

 Reattach the Battery Cover by aligning it properly then replace each

of the 3 screws removed earlier.

Note: 

For optimum performance, allow the battery to charge in full daylight

for 8-12 hours.

Note: 

Use Rechargeable Battery Only.

Note:

  Battery must be recycled or disposed of properly. Do not short circuit

or dispose of in fire.
 

Step 1.

The LED Solar Light Stake comes fully assembled. Carefully insert

the LED Solar Light Stake into the ground firmly.

Step 2. 

Be careful not to press down on the top of the Glass Globe when

inserting into the ground. Firmly handle the stake below the sensor and
press into the ground 3”- 4” for a stable hold.

Note: 

Please remove the plastic protective film over sensor before use.

Note: 

The Glass Globe is not designed to be removed once attached to the

pole. There is risk of breakage if removal is attempted.

Note:

 If the ground is hard and packed moisten the ground with water

before inserting the stake to avoid breakage.
