TIPS FOR USING UPRIGHT EXERCISE BIKE
Use Upright Exercise Bike half an hour a day, three times a week.

- Always place Upright Exercise Bike on a flat surface.
- Make sure children do not use Upright Exercise Bike without adult
supervision.
- Do not use Upright Exercise Bike if you are pregnant.
- Do not drink alcoholic beverages when using the device.
- Drink water and/or an isotonic beverage after use.
- As with any physical exercise machine, consult your doctor before you
start using Upright Exercise Bike.
This device was not designed to be used by anyone (including children)

adequate experience and/or knowledge, unless they are supervised by
