Check to make sure neither locknut is loose.

locknut on one side of the hub while holding the bearing
cone on the same side with a cone wrench.

Re-check that the wheel can turn freely without excessive
side play.

Remove the valve cap and add air.

Spin the wheel and check for high and low areas.
