10.4.6 Feeding out the flushing hose from the drainpipe (reeling in)
HINT!
By manually moving the flushing hose guide (fig. 22B) back and forth during
feeding out, the flushing hose can evenly be wound on the reel.
HINT!
Be sure to reel in the flushing hose as clean as possible to prevent slip and drive
problems with the flushing hose. Proceed as follows to achieve this:
WARNING!
The water pressure must never exceed 5MPa (50 bar).
01.
Slide the end of the overflow hose over the upturned end of the cleaning tube
(fig. 19 pt. 28).
02.
Set the cardan shaft speed to keep a pressure on the pressure gauge of no
more than 3.5 MPa (35 bar) while water flows out of the cleaning tube (fig. 19 pt.
28).
03.
Put the top speed control valve (fig. 21D) fully open (counterclockwise).
04.
Pull the lever on the left (fig. 21A) forward.
