10. Troubleshooting

Before carrying out any maintenance, disconnect from the mains and pull the mains plug!

AL3 does not report
Cause

Remedy

Equipment not connected to the mains electricity

Connect the equipment to mains electricity

Float switch locked

Ensure that the float switch is free to move

Sensor switch is not situated correctly on the floor

Ensure that the sensor switch is resting on the floor with the
electrodes

Pitotstatic tube clogged

Check if it is dirty and clean as required

Beeper faulty

Send off equipment and have it checked by the site customer service

Electronics faulty

Send off equipment and have it checked by the site customer service

LED is not lit.
Cause
