11.3 Construction and main technical requirements
 According to the difference about the constructions of input and output couplers and
protections, the assemblies have many different combination types. The electrical principle
and configure of main two different assemblies as shown as in this user manual and user
can ask for other different configure with order.
 The assemblies are suitable for 50 Hz/AC
 The assemblies are complied with EN 61439-1, EN 61439-4
 The industrial plug and socket-outlet are complied with EN 60309-1 and EN 60309-2.
 The rated operating voltage of the assemblies and accessories correlative is as following:
 Single phase rated operating voltage: 230V/AC
 Three phases rated operating voltage: 400V/AC
 The insulation voltage of the industrial plug and socket-outlets: ≤690V AC
 User with a professional certificate can ask for linking the inner circuit of the assembly by
himself, but the diameter of the cable and the insulation strength must be no less than the
requirement value of the relative standard. And the complete product shall be complied
with the standard above.
12 SAFETY
12.1 Intendend use
The assemblies must only be used for its intended purpose! Any other use is deemed to be a case
of misuse! It is also imperative to observe the accident prevention regulations in force in your
area. The same applies for the general rules of occupational health and safety! To use the
machine properly you must also observe and follow all safety regulations, the assembly
instructions, operating and maintenance instructions lay down in this manual!
The assemblies with a rated operating voltage not exceeding 400 V AC (with RCD and MCB,
installing industrial plug and socket-outlets, the rated insulation voltage not exceeding 690 V AC),
and rated current not exceeding 16A (32A), primarily intended for industrial use, either indoors or
outdoors, especially for construction sites.
Assemblies can install different plugs and socket-outlets into different combination system as user
required. Meanwhile, the assemblies must meet with MCB or and RCD, in order to avoid shot
circuit, over loading and shock hazards and fire caused by earth leakage to the users.
Before use, please connect this assembly to the supply which is provided with an over current
protective device.

Missing or non-readable security stickers have to be replaced immediately!
The locally applicable laws and regulations may specify the minimum age of the operator
and limit the use of this machine!
