12 OPERATION
12.1 Operation
12.1.1 Switching ON / OFF
You can ON or OFF the machine with the ON-OFF switch ( 1 )
12.1.2 Polishing
The polishing wheels can be polished different metal alloys such as stainless steel, steel,
aluminum, brass, etc.
Likewise, wood or plastics can be polished.
The different processes distinguishes between pre-polishing, polishing and high-gloss polishing.
12.2 Operating instructions
Leave after switching the polishing wheels to full rotational speed speed before you start
polishing.
Do not overload the machine! A sure sign of overload is when the polishing wheel loses much of
rotational speed.
When polishing the wearing of safety glasses is required.
The fixing screws and flange shall be inspected before each use, where appropriate, the fixing
screw is tightened.
13 MAINTENANCE
A T T E N T I O N
No cleaning, maintenance or repair activities with a connected machine:
Hazard unintentional switching on the machine!
Therefore: Machine previously disconnected from the power supply.
After each operation, the machine must be cleaned! Skip the blowing out of the machine with
compressed air jet, otherwise harmful to health dust is stirred up.
13.1 Switch polishing wheel
 Disconnect the machine from the power supply.
 The polishing wheel lock and unscrew the fixing nut and flange.
 Remove the old polishing wheel and put the new one.
 Screw with flange and fixing nut.
 The polishing wheel short run in test mode and check for any irregularities such as
imbalance, etc..
