 Keep your work area dry and tidy! An untidy work area may cause
accidents. Avoid slippery floor!
 Make sure the work area is lighted sufficiently!
 Mount the Shear Brake by driving the 4 mounting bolts (not included)
through the 11/16” mounting holes, into your workbench
 Always stay focused when working. Reduce distortion sources in your
working environment. The operation of the machine when being tired, as
well as under the influence of alcohol, drugs or concentration influencing
medicaments is forbidden!

Use personal safety equipment: safety shoes S1, work wear, safety
gloves (EN 388, class 3111) when working with or on the machine!



11 OPERATION
Please check the product contents immediately after receipt for any eventual transport damage or
missing parts. Claims from transport damage or missing parts must be placed immediately after
initial machine receipt and unpacking before putting the machine into operation. Please
understand that later claims cannot be accepted anymore.
11.1 Assembly
Insert the handle (31) into the driving gear (30) and secure it with the handle bolt (29).
Mount the lower banding die as shown.
N O T I C E
The Lower Bending Die (2) is reversible and can be inserted using either the top
or bottom, depending on the thickness of the metal you are working with.
