SAFETY
This section contains information and important notes on safe start-up and handling of the
product.
For your safety, please read these operating instructions carefully before start-up.
This will enable you to handle the product safely and prevent misunderstandings as
well as personal injury and damage to property. Also observe the symbols and
pictograms used on the product as well as the safety and danger information!
12.1
Intended Use of the Product
The product is intended exclusively for the following activities: For moving machines (circular
saw, planing machine, band saw etc.) within the technical limits specified for them.

accepts no responsibility or warranty for any other use or use beyond
this and for any damage to property or injury resulting therefrom.
12.1.1
Prohibited Applications / Hazardous Misapplications

Operating the product without adequate physical and mental aptitude.

Operating the product without knowledge of the operating instructions.

Changes to the product.

Moving the product during operation of the machine to be transported.
The improper use or disregard of the versions and instructions presented in this manual will result
in the voiding of all warranty and damage claims against Holzmann Maschinen GmbH.
12.2
Safety Devices
To avoid malfunctions, damage and health hazards when working with the product, in addition to
the general rules for safe working, the following points must be observed:
•
Never move the product with the load (machine) while it is being operated or connected to
the mains.
•
While the machine is being operated, the product (moving device) must always be lowered
and the stopper must be in contact with the ground.
•
Always tighten the machine onto the product.
•
Watch out for unevenness and dirt that could cause block the wheels and thus cause the
load to sway.
•
Also observe the safety information applicable to the used machine for that product.
•
Keep the working area and floor around the machine clean and free of oil, grease and
material residues.
•
Do not overload the product. Maximum load capacity: 410kg!
•
Ensure that no other persons (especially children) are present in the danger area
(minimum distance: 2m).
•
Only set up the product on a level and stable surface that can bear the full load.
•
Ensure that the machine is secured against tipping over and not loose on the product,
fasten the machine securely to the bores in the corners.
•
The load must be distributed over the entire frame.
•
Make sure that each machine has residual risks. Great care must be taken when carrying
out all work (even the simplest). Safe working depends on you!
