changes made to the machine nor for any damage
resulting from such changes.

SECURITY INSTRUCTIONS
Keep working area and the
ground clean and free of oil and
other materials!
Assure that the working area is
sufficiently lighted!
Don’t use the machine outside!
The use of the machine is forbid-
den if you are tired, not concen-
trated as well if you are under the
influence of medicaments, alcohol
and other drugs.
The TS 305 shall be used only by
trained personnel.
Non authorized personnel, espe-
cially children, shall be kept away
from the machine!
When working with the machine,
don’t wear loose clothing, long
hair openly or loose jewellery like
necklaces etc.
Loose objects might be catched
by rotating parts and cause seri-
ous injuries.
Use proper safety clothing and
devices when operating the ma-
chine (safety glasses, ear protec-
tors, respiratory protection…)!
Place the disc sander onto a even
and solid underground.
If you use it as a stationary, we
recommend to remove the rubber
feet and to fix the machine to the
underground, e.g. a workbench.
Wood-dust of chemically treated
or coated wood may be toxic and
harm your respiratory system!
Use an appropriate breathing
mask and take care to work only
in well ventilated areas.
Beware of workpiece kickback!
Always assure yourself to sand
the workpiece so that the sanding
paper sands from above the
workpiece downwards.
Do not store any easily flammable
materials near the machine.
Always check prior to every use
the fixing screws and levers to be
fastened tightly.
Never leave the machine unat-
tended while running. Before
leaving the working area, switch
the machine off and wait till it
stops.
Disconnect the machine from the
power supply before performing
maintenance or other activities.
Never use the power cord to
transport the machine or pull it
around.
The machine is quasi maintenance-free.
Repairs may only to be carried out by
professionals!
