ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR
For the 6360/1:
Install the Dimmer Rod
Lower the dimmer stem through the

stem into the small dimmer knob (B)
on the base, being careful not to
scratch the stem surface.
Tighten the set-screw on the small

the allen wrench provided.

This portable luminaire has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a feature to
reduce the risk of electrical shock. This plug will fit a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does
not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician.
Never use with an extension cord unless plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.

Bulb gets HOT quickly. Contact only switch/plug when turning on.

Do not touch hot lens, guard or enclosure.
3.
Do not remain in light if skin feels warm.
4.
Do not look directly at lighted lamp.
5.
Keep lamp away from materials that burn.
6.
Use only with a 20 Watt, low-voltage Halostar G4 or smaller bulb.
7.
Do not touch the bulb at any time. Use a soft cloth. Oil from skin may damage bulb.

Do not operate the portable luminaire with a missing or damaged guard, lamp containment

barrier or UV filter.

Special note on focusing:
When
focusing the light, be sure to grasp
the
front
of the shade -- not the back
of the shade near the heat vents. The
back of the lamp shade will get hot
when used for prolonged periods of
time.
To diffuse the light/broaden the
beam:
Turn the shade
counter-clockwise
to move the shade
away from the
surface being lit,
casting a broader
beam of light.
To intensify the light/narrow the
beam:
Turn the shade
clockwise to move
the shade toward
the surface being
lit,
casting
a
narrower beam of
light.
