Notes on cleaning and maintenance
The plastic housing can be cleaned with a damp cloth and wa
-
ter-soluble cleaning agent. Never use thinner, gasoline, acetone
or abrasive cleaning agents.

Warranty
On the function of the device is granted for a period of 12 months.
The warranty is limited solely to technical defects of the unit, it
can´t be accepted further claims. Further apply our general terms
and conditions, stand of June 2011, for products and services of
the electrical industry (ZVEI) - also see website: www.holtkamp.
de.
Any liability extinguished by the manipulation of the device

Safety notices
The chip card terminal are built according to the prior art and the
recognized safety rules.
Nevertheless, its use threats to life and limb of the user or third
parties, or cause damage to the device or other equipment du
-
ring use. Use the device only in perfect condition, and intended,
safety and the risk of danger, in compliance with the instruction
manual! Do immediately eliminate particular disorders, which
may affect safety! Always keep the operating instructions directly
to the chip card terminal! Note, in addition to the user guide, the
generally applicable legal and other mandatory regulations rele
-
vant to accident prevention and environmental protection!
Perform no changes and/or modifications to the chip card termi
-
nal without approval of the manufacturer! Spare parts must meet
the requirements specified by the manufacturer. This is guaran
-
teed only for original spare parts. Do observe the in the user ma
-
nual specified or prescribed deadlines for recurring maintenance
intervals!

Functionality
The following functions are offered by the chip card terminal:

● Revaluation of Holtkamp chip card type11
● insert date of birth and save on chip card
● insert skin type and save on chip card
● insert tanning counter and save on chip card
● insert Date of last use of the card / tanning and save on
chip card
● insert tariff and save on chip card
The last 4 functions you can use e. g. with Holtkamp XL-devices,
for dosage of tanning time. More information you find in the menu
“UV-Control” in the instruction of the XL-devices.
