appliance. Turn the beaters slightly and push in unil the beaters
click into place. Choose the beaters of hooks according to the
type of recipe you wish to prepare. Plug the power cord into the
wall outlet.

NEVER IMMERSE APPLIANCE OR CORD IN WATER OR ANY
OTHER LIQUID.

Select the speed you wish to use depending on the recipe (view
SPEED SETTINGS). With any speed, the appliance will turn on.
When the mix is ready, set the speed control back to “0” (OFF).
Make sure the motor is no longer running before you lift the
beaters or hooks completely out of the mixing bowl.

Unplug the appliance and press the eject button to eject the
beaters or hooks.
8.
Place the beaters or hooks inside the mixing bowl and place the
appliance on the table.
SPEED SETTINGS
Speeds 1-2: Should be used when stirring liquid ingredients or when
mixing dry and liquid ingredients together in a recipe and when
preparing any of the ready-mix or packaged instant batter.
Speeds 3-4: Should be used when preparing cake mixes or for
directions calling for medium speed. Used to cream butter and sugar
together.
Speeds 5-6 and Turbo: Should be used to whip egg whites or whole
