TIPS
• Place food on a rack to let cool for a few minutes. Do not stack one
above the other. The food can turn soft.
• Cover the plates with a small amount of vegetable oil. This can be done
with a paper towel or with cooking oil spray. Wipe off excess oil. It is
recommended to periodically do this step after each use to maintain
quality of the plate.
• Allow food to cool for a few minutes and enjoy.
TIPS FOR CUPCAKES AND WAFFLE STICKS
• Do not overfill as it will cause spills.
• Make sure the batter is thick and not too runny.
• Do not use old mix to make batter. Results are best when using freshly
made mixture.
