This light bulb/lighting product has one or more soldered electrical connection points
on its base that contain LEAD (or lead compounds). LEAD is a chemical known to the State of California to cause
cancer and birth defects (or other reproductive harm). Please take steps to minimize handling

f the base of this
product. Please do not place the base of the bulb in mouth.
HOW TO REPLACE THE BULB:
Unscrew the lamp from the base counterclockwise (Fig. 1).
Replace with a 3 volt bulb.
Tightly screw the bulb to the base clockwise (Fig. 2).

HOW TO INSTALL/REPLACE THE BATTERY:
Unscrew the bulb with ring from the base counterclockwise (Fig. 3).
Place two new AA batteries (not included) according to “+” and ” - “ direction
in the base (Fig. 4).
Tightly screw the bulb to the base clockwise (Fig. 5).

TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEM
POSSIBLE CAUSE
CORRECTIVE ACTION
The product does not light.
1. The bulb is loose or out of the
base.
1. Gently screw the bulb firmly into
the base.
The bulb is broken.
1. The bulb was impacted or
shifted during transport.
1. Replace the broken bulb with a
new bulb.
A bulb has burned out.
1. Incorrect bulb or voltage is too
high.
1. Replace any burned-out bulbs
as soon as discovered.
