3. Service. Have your hydraulic punch driver serviced by a qualifi ed service technician using only identical replace-
ments parts.
UNDERSTAND YOUR TOOL
HT1P169 hydraulic crimping tool is a professional tool for crimping lugs, terminals and conductors on cable. With
many advantages such as light weight, good performance, high working effi ciency and etc.
OPERATIING INSTRUCTION.
1. Select the appropriate die set for connector and cable being used. Ask an authorized facility or distributor to
choose proper compression die set for the connector and cable being used.
2. Pull the latch to insert the dies.
3. Make sure both die halves are secured before operating the tool dies holder.
4. Position the connector between the dies. Turn on the oil switch.
5. Pump the tool handle until the connector is held in place. Fully insert the cable into the barrel of the connector.
6. Continue pumping the tool handle to crimp the connector completely.
7. To release the tool turn off the oil switch. The ram will retract and the tool is ready to begin its next cycle.
