
TROUBLESHOOTING ERRORS
9.1 IF HOGAR PRO APP STOPS RESPONDING
You may try one of the following options. They can even be
tried one after the other till the issue gets resolved:
- Close the App and open it again.
- Clear App Cache Data or Clear App Data.
- Uninstall the App and then reinstall it.
9.2 IF A FEATURE DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY
You may try one of the following options. They can even be
tried one after the other till the issue gets resolved:
- Reset data by tapping
“Sync data”.
The sync item is listed in
the Menu in the General settings page.
- Log out from the App and back in. This will download all the
data into your account from scratch.
