INGREDIENTS
DIRECTIONS
- 3 eggs
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 125 g
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Flour - 250 g
- Milk - 150 ml
- Carbonated mineral water - 50 ml
- Sieve the dry ingredients into a bowl
- Add eggs, oil, milk and water
- Mix with a blender until the ingredients are
fully blended
- Leave the batter for 15 minutes until it is
ready for making waffles
3. Insert the plug into an alternating current network outlet. The heating indicator
(green light) will light up. Close the lid so that the appliance heats up faster.
4. It is recommended that the batter be prepared while the appliance is heating
up.
5. After about 2-3 minutes the appliance will be ready. The readiness indicator
(red) will light up, while the green light will continue glowing. This means that the
heating plates have reached the target temperature.
6.
Now you can fill the lower plate with batter. Remember - if you use too much
batter, it will overflow from the appliance.
Attention!
You may use special inserts for making waffles, recommended for
appliances of this type. They will make the waffles even browner and crispier.
Attention!
Batter containing a larger amount of sugar will turn brown faster.
Attention!
Baking time depends on the recipe. Make sure it is not exceeded.
7.
Close the waffle maker lid. If the lid cannot be fully closed, it means there is
too much batter inside.
8.
After about 10-15 minutes open the lid and check whether the waffles are
ready and have the desired colour.
Attention!
During appliance operation, the red heating indicator may go on and off. This
is a normal phenomenon indicating that the thermostat, which serves to
maintain the target temperature, is working properly.
9.
After your waffles are ready, take them off the heating plates with a plastic
or wooden spatula. Do not use metal tools or anything that could damage the
surface of the heating plate.
10. To continue, pour another portion of batter onto the heating plates.
11.
After you have finished, disconnect the waffle maker from the mains and wait
until all its components cool down before you start cleaning it.
