Whisk
The whisk is designed only for whipping cream and egg whites or mixing sponge cake and
ready-made desserts.
1. Place the whisk in the attachment, and then put the housing with motor on the attachment
(Fig. 2).
2. Place the whisk in the container (Fig. 2).
3. Make sure the whisk is completely immersed in the ingredients (Fig. 3), and then press
the on/off switch or TURBO switch.
4. To disassemble the appliance, press the buttons and remove the whisk attachment.
Then remove the whisk from the attachment.
For the best results:
• Use a wider bowl instead of the jar.
• Start whipping at low speed.
• Move the whisk holding it at a slight angle.
• Whip up to 400 ml of chilled cream (min. 30% fat content, 4-8°C).
