13. DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY WITH EUROPEAN STANDARDS
This appliance conforms to the EMC Directive and Low
Voltage Directive. Consequently, the product is CE marked
and has a declaration of conformity to European standards.
14. EXPLANATION OF SYMBOLS
This means that the packaging includes an instruction manual
that should be read before use.
The “Green Dot” trademark on the packaging means that the
importer has contributed financially to the development and
operation of a domestic system of packaging material collection
and recycling in line with Polish and EU laws on packaging and
packaging waste.
Safety class II: the anti-electrocution protection is ensured by the
use of suitable electrical insulation (double-layer or reinforced),
which is unlikely to be damaged.
This product conforms to the requirements of Directive 2011/65/
EU, also known as RoHS. The directive aims to harmonize the
legislation of the Member States with respect to restricting the use
of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment,
and to contribute to the protection of human health, and the
environmentally-friendly recycling and disposal of waste electrical
and electronic equipment.
The RoHS directive has been in force since 3 January 2013.
Newly distributed electrical and electronic equipment contains no
lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated
biphenyl or polybrominated diphenyl ether.
