General terms and conditions of Warranty

1. Within the 36-month term of Warranty (starting on the date of sale entered in the

duly completed warranty card), the Warrantor shall, at its discretion:

a)  repair the product free of charge, subject to the condition that the Warrantor shall

keep the dismantled/damaged/faulty parts of the product for the sake of the User’s

safety,

b)  replace the product with a new one at the point of purchase, subject to the condition

that the Warrantor shall keep the damaged/faulty product,

c)  return the product’s purchase price to the User, as a result of which the Warrantor

shall keep the damaged/faulty product.

2. A damaged/faulty product is held to mean a product which fails to fulfil the

functions described in the user’s manual due to an intrinsic property of the

appliance.

3. The Beneficiary under the warranty shall deliver the appliance to the Customer

Service Point at a given store in order to submit a complaint about the appliance.

When exercising your rights under the warranty, present proof of purchase

(receipt, invoice) and describe the defect in as much detail as possible, including

in particular its external manifestations.

4. A warranty card missing a stamp, date of sale or a signature of the seller shall be

deemed invalid.

5. The warranty does not cover products with mechanical damage that occurred

through no fault of the manufacturer or distributor, and in particular damage that

occurred due to incorrect use or as a result of force majeure.

6. The warranty does not cover products with the protective seal removed, unless it

has been removed by an authorized employee of a service centre.

7. The Service shall endeavour to complete the repair within 21 days. The said

time limit may be extended to 1 month in the event that spare parts currently

unavailable at the repair centre must be purchased.

8. It is recommended that the entire product be turned over upon submission of a

complaint, so as to facilitate service operations.

9. This Warranty for the consumer product sold does not exclude, restrict or suspend

any rights of the Buyer related to the product’s inconsistency with the contract
