• If you touch acid from a battery, rinse your hands under tap water. If any acid 

gets into your eyes, contact a doctor. Battery acid can cause irritation or burns.

8. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

8.1 General principles

Correct and regular cleaning will improve the safety and extend the lifespan of the 

product.

Caution!

 Before cleaning or maintenance, turn the device off and leave it to cool 

down before cleaning to avoid electric shock or burn.

• After cleaning, always empty the water tank.
• Wipe the appliance with a slightly damp cloth, then wipe dry.
• Rinse the blade with tap water, then leave to dry.

Warning!
Never submerge the power supply adaptor or the appliance itself in water or 

other liquids.

Cleaning the head

1. Switch off the appliance.
2. Detach the head from the appliance by pressing the washer head release 

button and pulling the head upwards. 

3. Remove the microfiber cloth. 
4. Rinse the head with tap water and leave to dry completely. 
5. To replace the head, follow the steps above for removing the head in the 

opposite order. 

6. Before using the appliance again, make sure that all its elements are dry.

Cleaning the filter

1. Switch off the appliance.
2. Detach the head from the washer by pressing the washer release button and 

pulling the washer head upwards. 

3. Remove the filter.
4. Clean the filter with a brush (not supplied) or compressed air, or rinse it with 

tap water and leave to dry. 

5. Reinsert the dry filter and reattach the head to the appliance.
