CAUTION:

Short operation time:
With heavy mixtures, do not operate the machine for more than
ten minutes, and then allow it to cool down for a further ten minutes.
9. After operation is ended, turn the speed control to the 0 position to switch off the
appliance and then disconnect the plug from the mains socket.
10. Raise the arm by pressing the lever button (2).
11. Take out the attachment (6, 7 or 8) by pressing it in up and turning slightly to the left.
12. Disassemble the bowl (5) by turning it to the left and removing from the base. Using
a wood spatula or spoon, the mixture can be taken from the bowl to another vessel.

CLEANING:
Before cleaning, always disconnect the appliance from the socket and leave it to cool
off completely.

The appliance needs to be cleaned regularly to counter the drop in performance,
surface depletion and tendency for opacity. All these symptoms can lead to dangerous
situations and reduced durability of the appliance.

Do not use any aerosols or other corrosive detergents and scouring agents in order to
avoid stains, damage and removal of the appliance coating.
•
Do not immerse the appliance base in water or keep it under running water.
•
Wipe the appliance with a damp cloth; use a washing liquid. After cleaning, wipe the
appliance dry.
•
Do not put plastic parts of the appliance to a dish-washer as they can be deformed.
•
The accessories should be washed in hot soapy water or can be cleaned in a dishwasher,
at its higher shelf. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
