Completing work of the deep fryer
1. After use, turn the thermostat knob all the way right.
2. To disconnect the fryer from mains, remove the plug from the mains socket.
3. After the oil has cooled down, lift the deep fryer by holding it by both of its handles and
drain the oil from the pot.
Hints for deep oil frying

Slice food thinly and into uniform pieces; this will help ensuring even frying of the food.

To prevent the hot oil from spattering, carefully pat food dry before immersing into
the deep fryer.

Shake off excess coatings (such as breadcrumbs) before frying.
