The device does not contain any user-serviceable parts . Do not attempt to repair 

the device on your own. Always have a specialist perform repairs.

Remove the batteries from the device before you start cleaning it .
Wipe with a slightly damp cloth with some dishwashing agent, then wipe the scale dry .
Do not use any caustic agents for cleaning the device .
Protect the device from penetration by water or other liquids .
Do not immerse the device in water or other liquids .

Before you read the result, wait until the triangle icon is shown on the display . 

It means the measurement is finished.

• 

The current unit of the weight reading is shown on the display . When you change 

the unit, the unit indicated on the display will change .

• 

To switch off the scale, press the

 ON/OFF/TARE

 button and hold it for 3 seconds .

• 

The scale will turn off automatically if idle for approximately 120 seconds .

7.3 Changing the weight units

After switching on the scale, you can change the weight unit using the UNIT button – g, 

lb:oz, ml . Each subsequent press changes the unit in the following sequence:
• 

Weight: g

• 

Weight: lb:oz

• 

Water: ml

• 

Milk: ml

7.4 Resetting

After the scale is turned on, it resets automatically regardless of the items placed on it . 

This function may be used for taring when starting up the scale .

7.5 Taring

After turning the scale on, you can use the taring function to obtain the weight of your 

product without its packaging . In order to do this, weigh an empty package (e .g . a jar), 

press the ON/OFF/TARE button, wait until the displays shows 0, then weigh your product 

together with the package (e .g . a jar with grain inside) .

7.6 Indicators on the display

Displayed when the maximum capacity is exceeded, i .e . 

slightly above 5 kg (5000 g), precisely when 5199 g is 

exceeded .

Lo

Displayed when the batteries are low . Replace the batteries 

immediately .
