All the packing materials are recyclable and labelled as such. Dispose of the
packaging in accordance with local regulations.
Keep the packing materials out of children’s reach, as these materials could pose a
hazard.
11 DISPOSAL.
Proper disposal:
1. According to the WEEE 2012/19/EU Directive, the crossed-out wheelie
bin symbol (shown on the left) is used to label all electric and electronic
devices requiring segregation.
2. Do not dispose of the spent product with domestic waste: hand it over
to a electric and electronic waste collection and recycling point. The crossed-
out wheelie bin symbol placed on the product, in the guide or on the package
communicates this requirement.

Plastics contained in the device can be recycled in accordance with the specific
marking. By recycling waste materials and spent equipment you help protect the
environment.
4. Information on electric and electronic waste collection locations is available from
local authorities or from the dealer.
1. Clean the device as described and leave it to dry. It is best to store it in its
original package.
2. Always store the product in a dry, well-ventilated place inaccessible to children.
3. Carry the kettle by its handle.
4. Store the power cord within the base.
5. Protect the product against shocks and vibration during handling.
10 HANDLING AND STORAGE.
The product has been designed, manufactured and marketed in compliance with the Low
Voltage Equipment Directive 2014/35/EU and with the Electromagnetic Compatibility
Directive 2014/30/EU. Therefore, the product bears the “CE” mark and has a declaration
of conformity, which is available to the market monitoring authorities for inspection.
