Note! It is recommended that the device be cleaned at least once per month.
The pre-filter should be cleaned every month. Depending on the conditions in which it is
used, it may be necessary to clean the device more often.
a) Wipe the device casing with a dry cloth
Caution! Do not use any strong chemical, alkaline, abrasive or disinfecting agents to clean
the device, as they may damage the surface of the device.
Caution! Do not immerse the device or its power supply in water or other liquids.
b) Cleaning the 3-in-1 filter
This filter can be cleaned using a vacuum cleaner with a small nozzle, provided the vacuum
cleaner is set to low suction.
Pre-filter and activated carbon filter
HEPA filter
Caution! Only the pre-filter can be cleaned with water and a mild detergent. Before
reinstalling the pre-filter, make sure that it is completely dry.
c) Removing the UV lamp
Note! The lamp should be replaced after approx. 20,000 hours of use. A replacement lamp
is available from specialist dealers.
Caution! Turn the device off and unplug it from the power source before replacing the UV lamp.
1. Remove the UV lamp cover with a screwdriver (not included).
2. Carefully remove the UV lamp.
3. Install a new UV lamp, connect it and carefully screw it into the bracket.
Caution! Never look directly at the lamp when it is operating.
