PINEAPPLE-BANANA SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
•
½ cup of coconut milk
•
2 cups of chopped spinach or
cabbage leaves
•
1 ½ cups of chopped pineapple
•
1 banana
Preparation:
Mix the ingredients in the blender, adding
½ cup of water. Mix for approx. 1 minute
until the desired consistency is obtained.
CHOCOLATE-MINT SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
•
1 cup of milk
•
1 cup of water
•
2 cups of chopped spinach
•
½ of a peeled avocado
•
1 cup of powdery chocolate
•
¼ cup of mint leaves or 1 teaspoon of
mint syrup
•
1 tablespoon of grated chocolate
Preparation:
Mix the ingredients in the blender. Mix
for approx. 1 minute until the desired
consistency is obtained.
CARAMEL LATTE MILKSHAKE
Ingredients
•
1 cup of cold milk
•
¹⁄� cup of caramel syrup for ice cream
•
2 cups of coffee ice cream
Preparation:
Place milk, caramel syrup and ice cream
in the blender. Mix until a thick, smooth
consistency is obtained.
BANANA-COCONUT SHAKE
Ingredients
•
1 frozen banana
•
½ cup of coconut milk
•
1 teaspoon of honey
•
1 teaspoon of milk powder
•
1 teaspoon of caster sugar
Preparation:
1. Take the banana out of the freezer and
leave it for 10 minutes.
2. Cut it into pieces, and pour over
with coconut milk. Add the remaining
ingredients.
3. Mix in the blender.
4. Whip cream with sugar until stiff peaks
form.
