than in the case of ordinary toothbrushes. A portion the size of a pea is usually
sufficient.
The bristles of the toothbrush should be directed at an angle of 45 degrees so
that the bristles have the ability to clean the side surfaces of the tooth, gums
and interdental spaces. Guide the toothbrush tip slowly, pressing it gently against
the tooth surface and joining it with the gums, and make gentle sweeping
movements from the gums to the crown of the tooth. Then clean the contact
surfaces of the upper and lower jaw teeth.
Normal cleaning cycle lasts 4x30s. It is worth dividing the tooth surfaces so
as to clean each of them for 30 seconds - up (front, back) and down (front and
back). The toothbrush reminds of the change every 30 seconds, interrupting the
operation for a while.
The toothbrush is not able to clean any areas between teeth, so it is recommended
to use floss after brushing - once a day.
During the first dozen or so uses of the gums may bleed slightly (not very frequent
phenomenon) or you may feel discomfort (a frequent phenomenon among people
who have not used mechanical toothbrushes so far). This usually happens when
the gums are not used to the new washing technique and the amount of brush
vibrations. If, after 2 weeks of using the toothbrush in the recommended way
gums still bleed, stop using the device and consult a specialist dentist.

with a paper or textile towel and leave it to dry completely in a well-ventilated
place. The brushes should be washed under running water and then allowed to
