10. DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY WITH EUROPEAN STANDARDS
This device conforms to the requirements of the Electromagnetic
Compatibility Directive (EMC) and, as such, bears the CE marking
and holds the declaration of conformity with European standards.
11. WARRANTY
In order to file a complaint, please bring the purchased product to the Customer
Support Point in any Biedronka store. If you should have any questions or concerns
as to the product’s operation, please send them to the following e-mail address:

1. The guarantor of this product provides a 36-month warranty counted from the date of the
product’s purchase. If a defect is identified, the appropriate complaint should be filed to the
point of purchase.
2. A damaged product is a product, which fails to fulfil the functions specified in the instruction
manual due to an internal property.
3. The individual authorised to exercise the guarantee is obliged to deliver the device to the
Customer Support Point of the given store in order to file a complaint towards the device
with proof of purchase (receipt, invoice). An exhaustive specification of the defect in
question should also be included.
4. The warranty does not cover physical damage not attributable to the manufacturer or
distributor.
5. The warranty does not cover products subject to repair, modification, or structural
alternation attempts.
6. The warranty does not cover components subject to natural wear in use.
7. When filing a complaint, please provide the complete device in order to facilitate
identification of the defect.
8. The repair shop will do everything in its power to complete the repairs within 21 days.
This time may be extended to 1 month when the repair shop should need to order any
replacement parts not currently in stock.
9. This warranty for the sold consumption good does not exclude, restrict, or suspend the
rights of the purchaser established in the provisions on implied warranty for defective sold
objects in accordance with the regulations of the Civil Code dated 23 April 1964 (Journal of
Laws 2014.121).
10. The warranty protection covers the territory of Poland and products purchased at the
Biedronka store chain only.
