Troubleshooting
If the product does not work properly, check whether you are able to rectify a problem
yourself. If the problem cannot be solved with the steps that are listed, contact our
customer service department.
Never attempt to repair a defective product yourself!

Switch off the daylight
sensor and wait until it
gets dark.
The battery is empty.
Charge up the battery.

in solar mode.
The solar panel (

enough light.
Place the lamp in the sun
and make sure that the
solar panel is not covered,
e.g. with leaves.
The battery is not charging
in mains power mode. The
charge control lamp does
not light up.
The connecting cable
has not been connected
correctly.
Correct the connection.
The plug socket is defective. Try another plug socket.
There is no mains voltage.
Check the fuse of the elec-
trical distributor (fuse box).
