4) Use the screwdriver or others hardy stick to fill in the ball edge into the hoop groove as this way, to fill the round
edge into the hoop groove.
5) Put the end of expander into the attached photo hole, push and revolve. check the expander end be locked with
hole well.
6) Input the air and check the edge be fill in the groove. Don't input too much air to bring on the ball be bulged, that
will be cause to the ball edge easy to broke out put the plug closely,and make sure not air leave out.
Warning
1) Before i nput the air, need check all edge of the Bosu Ball be cover with th e hoop a nd board and l evel off.
2) Check the connect part for handle expander with Bosu ball, make sure it is l ocked a nd will not break off.
3) Don't i nput too much air to the ball, that will be ca use to the ball edge easy to broke out.
4) Whi l e exercise, the Bosu ball must be put on the flatness floor, and keep the flat fl oor while on storage.
5) Keep the Bosu ball away the fire, a cidic, aculeated product, and don't put a t outdoor for s torage.
6) Pl ea se remine that don't tra mple the ball edge in continuous, that's will release the ball edge from the
hoop groove.
