When shipped out the actuator from factory, the actuator is 
fully closed status.

Select “Open” in action knob (Open/Close)

When action is in opening progress, the open (red) LED is 
flickering. 

6)

 

If Opening is completed, the open (red) LED will be 
maintaining as on. 

7)

 

After that, the actuator is stopped.
