Controller Boot/Shutdown Program Description 

 

 

Boot   

(1)

 

Power on by flipping up the power switch. 

When robot finish to turn on task,

The top cover LED indicator light on the manipulator will flash green light (light on one second, light off 
one second). 

 

Turn off power 

 

 

Turn on power 

 

 

Shutdown steps: 

Procedure for shutting down are as follows: 

Step1.

 

Stop the motion of the robot manipulator. 

Step2.

 

Press the emergency stop button, then wait 5 seconds. 

Step3.

 

Flipping the power switch off. 

 

 

 

Operator must not leave until the power switch is switched off. 

 

 

 

If the above process is not completed, do not directly switch off the power switch or the main power 
switch on the controller. If the power is off, the controller may be damaged. 

 

Do not turn the power back on immediately after turning off the power switch. Wait 30 seconds 
before turning the power on. 

 

In order to stop the moving manipulator, avoid using the emergency stop. Press the stop button to 
stop the program. 

 

Stop the movement of the manipulator before shutting down, and then perform the shutdown 
procedure to avoid the unintended danger of the manipulator being interrupted during the exercise.
