- The paddle shall be installed to avoid the inlet side of the measuring instrument, and the protector
shall be installed to prevent damage to the paddle.
- For side mounting installations, the entrance to the electric wire shall be installed facing the ground
to maintain the waterproof function.
- If the load on the paddles is heavier than the specification, the protector shall be installed.
- When installing on the low level, carefully install the dead stock and the material bridge.
- For outdoor installations, it is recommended to install the sun cover to avoid the effects of temperature increases.
- Make sure that the paddles are not in contact with the hopper’s ducts or walls.
- After the installation is complete and the cover of the product is assembled, power it on.
- Make sure to insert washers between bolts and nuts to prevent loosening.
- When you attach the product to a hopper, make sure that it is as bonded as possible by means of tools.
- Make sure to insert gaskets between flanges. (Select the gaskets in consideration of temperature of
content and pressure of vessel.)
- Do not apply high impact to the product.
For side mounting, it is not recommended to apply double-wing type paddle when installing low level.
